Independent Barrel Aged RumMade from table grade molasses, Independent Barrel Aged Rum stands alone as distinctive craft spirit. Our process begins with a long fermentation that is slowly distilled in our copper pot stills. Then aged in new and used barrels resulting in a full-bodied Rum. Savor the rich butterscotch and delicate honey notes that evolve into oaky vanilla harmony with a touch of barrel spice. Our Barrel Aged Rum was voted Best Georgia Distilled Spirit in the Georgia Trustees Wine and Spirits Competition.

Hellbender Corn WhiskeyHellbender Corn Whiskey is made from locally sourced corn from Riverview Farms in Ranger, GA. The mash bill is 83% Corn and 17% Malted Barley. It is designed to be a full flavored whiskey with a big corn punch. The nose and palate begin with corn, husk, hay, butter caramel popcorn, green apple and then a slight nuttiness on the finish.
Outlier No. 8 Georgia Dry GinOur Georgia Dry Gin is crafted for those beautiful warm southern summer days. We used Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, and Orange Peel to offer a taste of the traditional London Dry Style with an American twist. Enjoy the floral notes of fresh cut flowers, pine, with a hint of pepper. Try it in your next favorite Gin cocktail.
Outlier No 21 Port Cask Finish 9yr American WhiskeyOutlier No. 21 Port Barrel Finished 9-year-old American Whiskey Release, which coincides with our 10-year Anniversary Party. This is our most mature whiskey yet, aged for nine years and finished for six months in a Three Sister Port Cask. Hellbender Bourbon WhiskeyHellbender Bourbon is made from the same mash bill as our Corn Whiskey then aged in new charred American White Oak barrels. Each batch is distinct with slight variations from the wood contribution. The Bourbon begins with a great depth of oak and vanilla on the nose that is translated on the palate with hints of corn and burnt orange that finishes with rich baking spices.
Outlier No. 20 Port Barrel Aged GinOur Georgia Port Barrel Aged Gin is a special collaboration with Three Sisters Winery. We started with our unique Georgia Gin, which is made with a blend of Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, and Orange Peel. We then aged it in a used Three Sister’s Port Barrel. The result is a New World American Style Gin with a delicate floral aroma, fruity and citrusy notes, and a subtle hint of oak.
Outlier No. 22 Double Barrel 3 yr old Apple BrandyOur Georgia-grown Apple Brandy was made possible by collaborating with our good friends at Urban Tree Cidery. By fermenting and distilling their delicious apples, we created a spirit that celebrates the flavors of the Fall. After distilling the Apple Brandy, aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon and finished for 1 year in a barrel, we previously used to age a Spirit Distilled from Honey to impart notes of delicate oak, fresh floral fruit, baking spice, and nutmeg.

Barrels of Distinction No.4 Bottled in Bond Bourbon
We are excited to announce the release of our collaboration with Decatur Package Store's Barrels of Distinction No. 4 Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey. The Bourbon is made with 70% Georgia Corn, 22% Georgia Rye, and 8% Malted Barrel aged for 4 years in a #4 Char Barrel and is 100 Proof. The result is a High-Rye Bourbon that delivers ripe fruit, caramel & vanilla notes with a beautifully textured mouthfeel. Dark fruits & baking spices emerge on the mid-palate and the finish is lengthy, rich & indulgent! Enjoy neat or in a cocktail, but especially with friends.
