then finishes with rich baking spices.

2 oz Hellbender Bourbon
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Regan's Orange Bitters
Stir with ice strain into a coupe/ martini glass
and garnish with an orange peel

2oz Hellbender Corn Whiskey
.25 oz Amaro
.5 tsp Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir with ice strain on the rocks in an Old Fashioned glass
and garnish with an orange and lemon peel

.5 oz Coconut Palm Syrup (3 parts Coconut Palm Sugar to
1 part Cane Sugar to 2 parts hot water)
2 dashes Peychauds Bitters
Stir with ice strain on the rocks in an Old Fashioned
glass and garnish with an orange
INDEPENDENT RUM HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI
2 oz Independent Rum
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
Shake with ice strain up in a martini/coupe glass
and garnish with a lime wheel
INDEPENDENT RUM FRENCH 75
1 oz Independent Rum
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Brovo Ginger Liqueur
.25 oz Honey Syrup (2 parts Honey : 1 part hot water)
1 dash Peychauds Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2.5 oz Brut Champagne Top
Shake with ice strain into a flute top with Brut
and garnish with orange peel
